Making a payment with The Dress Company couldn’t be simpler.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and online store credit. Cash on Delivery is permitted for orders of up to 20,000 AED.

We also offer a payment in instalments option via third-party providers (each a "Delayed Payment Provider"), subject to you meeting their eligibility criteria and entering into a contract with them.

Cash on Delivery is permitted for orders of up to 20,000 AED. We do not accept cheques.

Installment Payments

You have the option to convert your purchases into monthly instalments, subject to the Terms & Conditions of your bank.

• You can select the duration for spreading payments
• Any applicable fees or interest will be shown at checkout

Please note: If you return or cancel an item purchased on instalments, you must contact your bank directly to cancel the instalment plan or address any applicable fees.

Currency

The currency will default to the region you are browsing in. You can change this from the top left-hand side of the homepage.

Final payments will be processed in UAE Dirhams (AED).

Order Confirmation

• After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received
• This does not mean your order has been confirmed
• You will receive a second email once your order is officially confirmed
• If there is any issue, you will be informed and your payment will not be processed
