How can I make a payment? +

Making a payment with The Dress Company couldn’t be simpler.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and online store credit.

Cash on Delivery is permitted for orders of up to 20,000 AED. We do not accept cheques.

Can I pay in installments? +

We offer payment in instalments via third-party providers, subject to eligibility and agreement terms.

  • This option will be available during Secure Checkout
  • You can select the duration for spreading payments
  • Any applicable fees or interest will be shown at checkout

If you return or cancel an item purchased on instalments, you must contact your bank directly.

What is the Payment Currency? +

The currency will default based on your region. You can change it from the homepage.

Final payments are processed in UAE Dirhams (AED).

Will I be receiving an Order Confirmation? +
  • You will receive an email confirming your order has been received
  • This does not mean the order is confirmed
  • A second email will confirm your order officially
  • If any issue occurs, you will be notified and not charged
