Tracking Your Order
- As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:
- Your tracking number
- The courier name
- A direct tracking link
- You can also track your order anytime using the link in your shipping confirmation email.
Didn’t Receive a Tracking Email?
- Check your spam or promotions folder
- Then email us at sales@thedresscompany.com with your order number — we’ll assist you right away
Shipping Time Estimates
- UAE (All Emirates): Same-day or next-day delivery depending on order time.
- Dubai orders placed before 15:00 are delivered within 4 hours.
- GCC: 3–5 business days
- International: 4–7 business days
- Custom or made-to-order items may take longer.
